ＪＡＭＭＮＥＴメンバー各局へ。

昨年、このＢＢＳでＪＩ１ＤＵＵ斉藤さんやＪＡ６ＪＢＢ神田さんの友人ＶＫ３ＮＵＣイアンさんから頂いた
情報としてお伝えしたように、この６月スタートの世界一周シングルハンド　Ｇｏｌｄｅｎ Ｇｌｏｂｅ　Ｒａｃｅの
ＨＦ通信手段について、先方ＧＧＲのファウンダーのＤｏｎさんから下記のような連絡がありました。

ＨＦ帯のラジオ使用は今回のクラシカルレースのレギュレーションとして５０年前のルールが指定されているようです。
（ＧＰＳ、レーダー、衛星電話、コンピューター等の電子機器は使用不可で主たる航海計器はセクスタントとのこと。）
ＨＡＭラジオ搭載艇は判っている中で８隻ぐらいとのことですが、その後の連絡では、マリンＨＦとダブルで搭載している
数隻があり増えるようだとの事でした。

レースコミッティーではいくつかの海外ＡＲのＭＭＮＥＴグループとすでにＣＯＮＴＡＣＴされているようですが、
今後、具体的にＪＡＭＭＮＥＴのＳＧＮやＯＫＮにも何らかのレースＢｏａｔのルーティンレポートのリレーなどに
ついて協力依頼があるかもしれませんので宜しくお願いします。
このレースの参加艇は、ＳＶ／エオリア立尾さんと同じく大きなスポンサーも無く個人参加がほとんどです。彼等の航行安全確保に
少しでもＪＡＭＭＮＥＴとしてもボランティアで協力できればと思います。

基本的には世界各国のＭＭＮＥＴレポートフォームは共通で、我々ＪＡＮＥＴと同じ報告順序のものと思われますが、
具体的なリレー通信の手法等がわかれば後日お伝えします。
ＧＧＲのレギュレーション等についてはメール記載のＷＥＢページを参考にして下さい。
ＤｏｎさんはＳＶ／酒呑童子斉藤さんとも古いお友達のようです。

Thanks for the interest in the 2018 Golden Globe Race which starts in a few months.
You can download the official NOTICE of RACE from the web site pening page...scroll down..
in that you will find the rules and equipment regulations for the Race.

HF radio is very important and all entrants MUST have MARINE HF radio...
some will also have HAM radio but only about ?? 6-8 sailors...

All radio reporting is organised by the entrants themselves NOT the organisers
so they will use various radio nets to get messages to GGR control as required once ever two weeks or every week.

We have a meeting with the FRENCH HAM RADIO association this coming week and discussing plans...
I will tell them about your interest.
We are also working with one marine HF/Ham operator in NEW ZEALAND as the yachts sail past...
their power supply on the yachts is very limited so communications will be brief.
